Shaping the Brand: A Creative Direction for Foodpanda, India
As a pioneering force in India’s emerging food delivery market, the challenge as Creative Head for Foodpanda was to define this new category for consumers. My role involved leading a 10-person creative team on a dual strategy: launching major 360° brand campaigns to build the market while using data-driven A/B testing to refine the digital user experience. This foundational work resulted in a 20% increase in brand recall and an 18% lift in user engagement.

Shaping the Look of a Global Beauty Icon
As Art Director for AVON NEW YORK, the core challenge was to direct the visual identity for one of the world's most recognized beauty brands across a diverse product portfolio. This involved leading the 360° execution of visual branding and product packaging for Makeup, Personal Care, and Fragrance lines. A key responsibility was producing the monthly product brochure, requiring close collaboration with photographers, copywriters, and agencies to ensure strategic brand positioning and timely delivery. All core creative concepts were successfully adapted for multiple platforms including social media and the mobile app.

As a creative partner for Modicare, the work was focused on supporting their strategic international expansion into the UK market. This involved developing key marketing campaigns and crafting essential communication tools, including a business explainer video designed to empower their network of consultants. Additionally, an IVR explainer video was produced to streamline customer communications. This creative work was pivotal in translating Modicare’s successful Indian business model for a new global audience.
